Event T+Cs

 

Tickets for events are non-refundable.  You are free to nominate a friend to come in your place, but please let us know the details of the person attending instead of you.

If an event is cancelled last minute due to government restrictions or any other unforeseen circumstance, a full refund will be arranged, or an alternative date offered. 

Booking terms & conditions for pop up restaurant.

 

  • Places are booked on a first come first served basis upon receipt of payment confirmation.

  • You have to be over 18 to book, but anyone over the age of 15 is welcome to attend the evening, as long as they are accompanied by an adult.

  • You can email to request to be put on a waiting list if we are fully booked.

Please read the following:

  • I am over 18

  • I will arrive at the time you have booked my table, and if I’m running late, I will let you know.

  • I will follow good hygiene procedures.

  • I will not attend if have been ill in the 48 hours before the supper club event with any diseases or infections, flu, diarrhoea, vomiting or any Covid19 like symptoms.

  • I will let you know if I have any food allergies/intolerances/disabilities/diabetes or pregnancy

  • The menu will be advertised in advance of the event and a full list of ingredients can be provided upon request. With advance notice, the chef can amend a dish to avoid allergens, but without exception I will not hold the chef accountable for any accidental contact with an allergen (for example if everyone else at the table has nuts in their dish).

  • I am responsible for my personal property at all times while at the Yard, and will not hold the Yard responsible for any loss or theft while

  • I give my consent to be photographed or filmed and The Yard may use any photographs and / or recordings featuring me, and may cut, edit and adapt as necessary for use on the The Yard website, and other social media platforms.

Terms of cancellations:

  • We apologise that due to costs including ordering of fresh produce, and advance preparation time we are unable to offer any refunds with any less than 7 days’ notice.

  • You may nominate someone else (over 18) to attend the supper club in your place at any time without charge.

  • In the event that you are unwell, we ask you to send someone in your place. Please notify us of the details for the new person attending in your place.

  • To request to book an alternative date email at least 7 days before your scheduled supper club date. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your cancellation. Unless you have received a written acknowledgement from us that we have received your request you cannot consider your request delivered, and it would be advisable to call us to check that the email did not get lost / was not sent.

  • In the unlikely event a supper club is cancelled last minute due to government restrictions, chef illness or any other unforeseen circumstance, a full refund will be arranged, or an alternative date offered.
